To commission Jacqueline Row, submit an inquiry through the Contact page with details about your home and project. The studio responds to inquiries within one to two business days. Every commission begins with a consultation, where the scope, timeline, and investment are discussed and agreed before any work begins.
-
The Jacqueline Row design process moves through four phases. Consultation: the studio learns the home, the way you live in it, and agrees the scope. Concept: the studio composes the full design — plans, materials, palette, and furnishings. Sourcing: the studio sources and procures everything the design calls for. Installation: the studio installs and stages the home in full. Each phase is unhurried, and completed in order.

Interior design investment varies with each project — its scope, materials, timeline, and the team required. Jacqueline Row takes a limited number of residential commissions each year, and a precise investment is established during the initial consultation, once the shape of the project is clear. The consultation is where scope and investment are discussed openly, so there are no surprises before work begins.
